My Identity Shifting Nervous System Groups are designed to support the movement from longstanding patterns of survival toward a greater baseline of safety, regulation, and capacity. This work may be particularly helpful for people who have done considerable personal or therapeutic work and understand their patterns, yet still find themselves automatically responding through fawning, fight or flight, over-functioning, hypervigilance, or other deeply established nervous system responses.
The series consists of four live sessions in a small, intimate group. The first session is approximately 90 minutes, followed by three 60-minute sessions. Groups are intentionally kept small, with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 7 participants, allowing me to work closely with each person while also providing the experience and support of doing this work in community.
People who have completed the series have reported a range of changes, including feeling calmer and more grounded, less reactive to stressful situations, greater space between an experience and their response, stronger boundaries, less fawning and people-pleasing, greater awareness of what they want and need, and a stronger sense of self. Experiences vary from person to person, and changes may unfold differently over time.
Rather than continually scheduling new groups, I am now forming groups as interest develops. If you are curious about this work and would like to be contacted when the next group is forming, please add your name to the interest list. There is no obligation to participate.
