All fear manifests as density within the energetic and physical bodies. This density often arises from trauma, whether emotional, such as grief, loss, or abuse, or physical in nature.

Rachel understands fear as an accumulation across lifetimes, stored within the energetic field. It can also be passed epigenetically through the DNA or develop through lived experiences in this life.

Fear becomes embedded in our thoughts and beliefs, often expressing itself as anxiety, depression, or chronic stress-all of which are now widely recognized as contributors to physical illness and disease. This stuck, dense energy blocks the alignment between the light body and the soul body, distorting perception and interrupting the natural flow of vitality.

Fear doesn’t just limit how we feel,it shapes the stories we tell ourselves, narrowing our potential and disrupting our inner peace.
